These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SKR Projects Hub website (the "Website") and the purchase of products and digital content from SKR Projects Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or ordering through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Scope of Products & Services

SKR Projects Hub sells both digital and physical electronics-related items. Our primary offerings include:

• Digital products: Arduino codes, Python codes, project source files, eBooks, PPTs and other downloadable resources.
• Physical products: ready-made electronic projects, a limited assortment of project kits, and selected electronic components.

Product pages contain descriptions, sample documentation, and tutorial links. Please read product descriptions and sample materials carefully before purchase.

3. Eligibility, Geographic Scope & International Sales

Physical products (shipping): Physical items (ready-made projects, kits, components) are currently sold and shipped only within India. By ordering any physical product you confirm the shipping address is in India.

Digital products (downloads): Digital products (codes, eBooks, PPTs, templates) are available for purchase worldwide unless restricted by export controls or local laws. International customers may purchase digital items using payment methods supported by the payment gateway (see Section 5). Buyers are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

4. Order Acceptance & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to obtain payment authorization. If we cancel an order after charging payment, we will refund the charged amount.

5. Pricing, Taxes, Currency & Payment Methods (Including COD)

• All list prices on the Website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. Depending on your payment gateway and your card/bank, the final charge may be processed in another currency; your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees.
• Applicable taxes (GST) for Indian customers are shown at checkout where required. International buyers are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs charges applicable in their country — these are not included in the displayed price unless explicitly stated.
• We accept payments via third-party payment gateways (for example Razorpay and other gateways you enable). Payment methods supported by these gateways may include credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets and other local or international methods (for example PayPal if enabled by the merchant). The exact list of accepted payment methods may vary and is controlled by the payment gateway or your bank.
• Prepaid orders: Full prepayment is required for most orders and remains our preferred and default payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not generally available but may be offered for physical products only at SKR Projects Hub's discretion. COD availability depends on the shipping address, order value, courier partner capabilities, and internal verification. COD is never available for digital products. If COD is enabled for a given order, COD may carry an additional fee (charged by courier or the merchant) and may require identity verification at the time of delivery. SKR Projects Hub reserves the right to refuse COD or convert a COD order to prepaid if verification fails or fraud is suspected.
• By providing payment information, you authorize the payment gateway to charge the total order amount. SKR Projects Hub does not store full payment card data. Payment processing and card security are managed by the payment gateway. We retain transaction references necessary for refunds, bookkeeping and support.

6. Order Processing & Shipping (Physical Goods)

• Processing time: Generally 1 business day; up to 2 business days in some cases. Orders placed before 9:00 AM may be dispatched the same day at our discretion.
• Carriers: We ship via established couriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, DTDC and others. Carrier selection depends on destination and availability.
• Delivery estimates (India only): Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping (fee applies): 3–4 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events.
• Risk & Title: Risk of loss of physical goods passes to you on delivery by the carrier to the shipping address. Title passes to you once payment is received and goods are dispatched, subject to any return rights set out in these Terms.

7. Cancellation Policy (Physical Products)

• Before dispatch: You may cancel by calling +91 8535889926 or emailing contact@skrprojectshub.com before shipping. If cancelled prior to dispatch, we will refund the paid amount to the original payment method (payment processor timelines may apply).
• After dispatch: Cancellations after dispatch are handled as returns. Courier deduction applies from the refund amount: ₹200 for standard shipments and ₹300 for express shipments.
• COD cancellations: If COD is used and the buyer refuses delivery or cancels after shipment, SKR Projects Hub may apply courier and handling charges and will process refunds (if any) in accordance with courier and payment partner policies. COD refunds may require additional verification and may take longer to process than prepaid refunds.

8. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Returns and refunds are permitted only for valid reasons such as manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or delivery of the wrong item. Terms:

1. Return window: Initiate a return within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery by contacting contact@skrprojectshub.com or calling +91 8535889926.
2. Proof required: A clear unboxing video showing the package condition and product at delivery is required to support most claims (particularly for transit damage).
3. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping to our office unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs and applicable courier deductions (₹200 standard, ₹300 express) will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Inspection: Refunds are processed after inspection at our office. If the inspection confirms the claim, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method, less deductions. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
5. Non-returnable items: Items damaged by the customer, items showing signs of misuse, and items without proper supporting evidence (unboxing video) are not eligible for return.

9. Digital Products — Delivery, Refunds & License

Digital products (Arduino/Python codes, eBooks, PPTs, templates) are delivered electronically via the buyer's registered email and/or the "My Account" downloads area immediately after successful payment (unless otherwise specified).

• No refunds: All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not available once a file has been delivered or made available for download. Please verify product descriptions, sample files and tutorial videos before purchase.
• International digital purchases: International buyers may purchase digital products where permitted. Buyers outside India are responsible for any local taxes, import restrictions, or other regulatory requirements. SKR Projects Hub is not responsible for local import rules or taxes; any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.
• License: Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased code/material for personal, educational, or internal commercial projects you build yourself. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased materials (in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial or multi-user license from SKR Projects Hub.
• Support: We provide setup instructions and links to tutorial videos where applicable. One-on-one programming assistance, custom coding, or in-depth remote debugging is not included with standard digital purchases, but paid support may be arranged separately.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, images, code samples, designs, downloadable files and tutorials are owned by SKR Projects Hub / SKR Electronics Lab or used with permission from licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display our content except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

• You must provide accurate contact and shipping information and keep account details current.
• Do not use purchased code or materials to create products for resale or redistribution unless you have acquired an appropriate commercial license.
• Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, attempting unauthorized access to systems, uploading malware, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with Website operations.

12. Fraud Prevention, Verification & Order Holds

We may perform identity and fraud checks. Orders may be held or cancelled while verification is in progress. We are not liable for delays due to necessary verification checks or payment processor investigations.

13. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file a payment dispute with your payment provider, we may request documentation to validate the transaction. If a chargeback is unjustified, we may contest it and recover costs incurred by the chargeback process. Please contact us first to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKR Projects Hub's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase or these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKR Projects Hub, its owner, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products or code, or violation of applicable law.

16. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" and to the extent permitted by law, SKR Projects Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied. While we test and verify code and products, we do not warrant that they are error-free or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is stated in the product description. You are responsible for safe and correct use of electronic components and circuits.

17. Safety & Use of Electronics

Electronic projects may involve batteries, wiring, soldering, and other components that can be hazardous if used incorrectly. Do not operate mains-connected or high-voltage projects without proper knowledge and precautions. If you are unsure, consult a qualified technician. SKR Projects Hub is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper use.

18. Export Controls & Local Laws

Some digital products may be restricted by local laws or export controls. Buyers outside India are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. SKR Projects Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where export or local law restrictions apply.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, courier disruptions, or other force majeure events.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website with the updated effective date is the governing version. Continued use of the Website after posting constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.
