Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2025
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how SKR Projects Hub ships physical orders, estimated delivery times, tracking, and how we handle lost or damaged shipments. This policy applies to physical products ordered from www.skrprojectshub.com. Note: digital products are delivered electronically and are not covered by this shipping policy.
1. Scope — Where we ship
Physical products (ready-made projects, kits, components): currently shipped within India only. Please ensure your shipping address is in India when ordering physical goods.
Digital products: delivered electronically and are available worldwide where permitted (see our Digital Products Policy).
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. In some cases processing may take up to 2 business days.
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 9:00 AM (server/local time) may be dispatched the same day at our discretion.
- Before dispatch, items may be inspected, tested, and photographed or recorded for quality assurance. We may contact you for clarification before shipping if needed.
3. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Transit Times
We use reputable private courier partners. Carrier selection depends on destination, parcel weight/size and availability.
- Typical carriers: Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, DTDC and similar national/private couriers.
- Default shipping mode: Standard (economy) shipping.
- Express / Fast shipping: Available for an additional charge if selected at checkout or requested by phone (subject to availability).

Important: Transit times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, weather, or other disruptions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, dimensions, delivery location and chosen service (standard/express). If COD (Cash on Delivery) is offered and selected, additional COD fees may apply — these will be displayed at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be offered for physical products at SKR Projects Hub's discretion and depends on delivery location, order value and courier capabilities. COD is not available for digital products. If COD is enabled for your order:
- COD may include additional fees charged by the courier or merchant — shown at checkout.
- COD deliveries may require ID verification and a signature at delivery.
- SKR Projects Hub reserves the right to refuse COD for an order or convert COD to prepaid if verification fails or fraud is suspected.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched we will email you the tracking number and courier details. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard where available. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at contact@skrprojectshub.com or call 8535889926.
7. Delivery Instructions & Failed Deliveries
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number to avoid delivery delays.
- If a carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us. Additional re-delivery or return charges may apply and will be deducted from refunds if applicable.
- If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, contact us immediately; we will attempt to assist but cannot guarantee changes once the parcel is in transit — additional fees may apply.
8. Packaging & Insurance
We use quality packaging to protect items during transit. For high-value orders, insurance can be arranged at the buyer's request for an additional fee; please contact us before dispatch if you require insurance coverage.
9. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or missing parts, follow these steps to help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged item.
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the outer package, shipping label, and the item condition immediately after opening.
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@skrprojectshub.com or call +91 8535889926 with your Order ID, photos and the unboxing video.
- We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and may require the original packaging for claims. Investigation timelines depend on the courier.
Claims reported after 72 hours may be harder to resolve and could be declined by the courier.
10. Refused Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to reach the buyer, SKR Projects Hub may deduct courier and handling charges from any refund due. Return shipping and re-shipment fees may apply.
11. Customs, Duties & International Shipments
At present SKR Projects Hub ships physical goods only within India. If international shipping is offered in the future, international buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other government charges — these are not included in the displayed price unless explicitly stated.
12. Delays
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. We will communicate significant delays to you where possible and work with the courier to resolve issues.
